Kate Brandt (Actor/Writer)

Kate Brandt is an actor and screenwriter living and working out of New York and Western MA. She received a MFA in film and video from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and has extensively trained at Upright Citizens Brigade and with Josh Pais/Committed Impulse. She co-founded and performed with “Tampons, Tears & Triumphs” – a women-identifying variety show that ran consistently for years at The PIT and Asylum NYC. She has performed in various off-Broadway theaters over the years and is part of an ensemble cast for an upcoming, independent film. Fun facts: She has a bulldog named Biscuit and she used to play the trumpet.
